By accessing or using Mommy Meal Planner ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Mommy Meal Planner is a trading name of SaVi Ventures. The Mommy Meal Planner platform and all associated services are wholly owned and operated by SaVi Ventures. Throughout these Terms, references to "we," "us," "our," or "Mommy Meal Planner" refer to SaVi Ventures.
Mommy Meal Planner is a family dinner planning application that helps users generate dinner ideas based on their family's dietary needs, manage family profiles, and organise their weekly dinner tab. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged for the plan you selected unless you cancel.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of your purchase. To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, and to products which you have had the benefit of. By downloading or accessing the Service, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the Service.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. We will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
If you cancel within the permitted cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation decision. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result.
This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaVi Ventures (trading as Mommy Meal Planner) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service emails such as account confirmations, security alerts, and subscription receipts. We may also send you promotional emails about your trial, subscription, or new features.
All emails from us come exclusively from Mommy Meal Planner (SaVi Ventures). We will never send emails on behalf of third parties, and we will never sell, rent, or share your email address or any personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose — under any circumstances, without exception.
You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at privacy@mommymealplanner.com. Opting out will not affect essential service communications.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
